iEnzymes ships orders using the shipping options available for your destination at checkout. This policy applies to purchases made directly through ienzymes.com.

FREE U.S. STANDARD SHIPPING

Free standard U.S. shipping is offered for eligible U.S. delivery addresses where displayed on the storefront or at checkout.

Optional expedited services, when available, may carry an additional charge.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders begin processing after payment authorization and any required order review.

Processing and fulfillment times may vary based on order volume, weekends, holidays, carrier schedules, inventory availability, and other operational circumstances.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery windows, when available, may be shown at checkout, in the order confirmation, or in shipment tracking.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, address issues, transportation disruptions, or other events outside our control.

TRACKING

When tracking is provided by the carrier, shipment information is sent using the contact information associated with the order.

Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please carefully review your delivery address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us promptly at support@ienzymes.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after fulfillment processing has begun.

DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If tracking shows an unusual delay, a package is reported delivered but cannot be located, or a shipment arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can review the available order and carrier information.

A carrier investigation or additional information may be required in some circumstances.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Items from the same order may occasionally ship separately. When applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout.

The customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, postal service, or carrier, unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

These import-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to iEnzymes unless specifically stated at checkout.

iEnzymes does not control or determine these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements, restrictions, and charges applicable in their destination country before placing an order.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Delays caused by customs authorities, import inspections, local postal services, or carriers are outside the control of iEnzymes.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the customer declines to pay applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other destination charges, any refund will be subject to our Refund Policy and may exclude shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, or other costs incurred in connection with the shipment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS

Customers are responsible for determining whether the products they order may legally be imported into their destination country.

Customs laws, dietary supplement regulations, ingredient restrictions, quantity limits, and other import requirements vary by country and may change without notice.

iEnzymes cannot guarantee that a shipment will be accepted by a destination country's customs or regulatory authorities.

If a shipment is delayed, rejected, seized, returned, or otherwise affected by customs or import restrictions, please contact us so we can review the available order and carrier information. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENTS

Subscription orders ship according to the active subscription schedule and the shipping options applicable to that subscription.

Customers receiving subscription shipments internationally remain responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other destination-country charges on each shipment.

Changes made after an order has already processed may apply only to future subscription orders.
