This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy applies to recurring purchase options, including subscriptions, offered through ienzymes.com.

PURCHASE OPTIONS

Certain products may be available as either:

• A one-time purchase; or
• A recurring subscription purchase at the price and delivery frequency displayed at the time of purchase.

When you select a subscription, the subscription price, discount, billing frequency, delivery frequency, and other applicable terms shown on the product page, cart, or checkout become part of your purchase agreement.

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize iEnzymes and its payment processors to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each recurring order until the subscription is canceled.

Recurring charges will generally occur according to the frequency selected when the subscription was created.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges, if any, may be added to each recurring order as shown at checkout or required by law.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING

Subscription pricing and discounts are shown at the time of enrollment.

If the price of a subscription changes, any notice required by applicable law will be provided before the new price applies.

Promotional pricing or discounts may be subject to separate terms and may not continue indefinitely unless expressly stated.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscriptions automatically renew and generate recurring orders according to the selected schedule until canceled.

There is no requirement to continue a subscription for a minimum number of orders unless such a requirement is clearly disclosed before purchase.

CANCELING A SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled order has been processed.

Cancellation applies to future subscription orders.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel, stop, or refund an order that has already been processed.

To avoid being charged for the next recurring order, cancellation must be completed before that order enters processing.

Subscriptions may be canceled using the subscription-management options available through your iEnzymes customer account, when available.

Please include the email address associated with the subscription and any relevant order information.

We recommend submitting cancellation requests as early as possible before the next scheduled order.

SKIPPING, PAUSING, OR RESCHEDULING

Where available, subscription-management tools may allow you to:

• Skip an upcoming shipment.
• Pause a subscription.
• Reschedule an upcoming order.
• Change the delivery frequency.
• Update eligible products or quantities.
• Update payment or shipping information.

Changes must generally be completed before the applicable order has entered processing.

Once an order has been processed, changes may apply only to future orders.

ALREADY-PROCESSED SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

If a subscription order has already been processed before a cancellation or modification request is received, the order may continue through fulfillment and shipment.

A processed subscription order is not automatically refundable because the subscription was subsequently canceled.

If you would like to request a return or refund for an already-processed subscription order, the request is subject to our Refund Policy, including applicable return requirements and return-shipping responsibilities.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Eligible subscription orders purchased directly through ienzymes.com may qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.

Cancellation prevents eligible future recurring orders from being generated. A refund request for an order already purchased must comply with the Refund Policy.

PAYMENT FAILURES

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we or our subscription service provider may attempt to process the payment again.

You may be asked to update your payment information.

A subscription may be paused, canceled, or otherwise affected if payment cannot be successfully collected.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address for subscription orders.

Address changes should be made before the next order is processed.

iEnzymes cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment processing.

INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

International subscription customers remain responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges for each recurring shipment, as described in our Shipping Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION BY IENZYMES

iEnzymes may cancel or suspend a subscription where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Payment failure.
• Product discontinuation or unavailability.
• Suspected fraud or abuse.
• Violation of store policies.
• Legal or regulatory restrictions.
• Technical or operational circumstances that prevent continued fulfillment.

If a subscription is canceled by iEnzymes, no additional recurring orders will be generated after cancellation, except for orders already processed.

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTIONS OR THIS POLICY

We may update subscription features, available frequencies, pricing, discounts, or this policy from time to time.

Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated when required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
